This was my first experience with East Bay Autohaus. From the initial inquiry to repair completion, the customer service was excellent. In addition to the scheduled work, the mechanic did some minor things including adjust tire pressure, and reset a tire pressure warning indicator. I was ecstatic with the outcome - my E-350 again drives smooth as glass. Highly recommended.
